Hey guys. I apologize for my lack of content. I had a medical emergency that needed to be taken care of. For now I’m fine, so lets get into some FGC news.

Another Injustice 2 Trailer

So about 7 am my time, the Injustice 2 twitter dropped another trailer. The trailer seems to give us a little detail into the Injustice 2 story. From the looks of things, Superman seems to have taken a Dark Raiden perspective on saving the world. If you don’t know what I mean, please check out Raiden’s Mortal Kombat Deception ending.

Basically, Superman is choosing a more aggressive stance in the battle of Truth and Justice. A stance Batman isn’t too keen on. Anyway, I don’t wanna spoil the whole video, but I do enjoy the story teaser. NRS makes due on the storymodes in their games. I definitely look forward to playing through it.

Tekken Player Gets New Sponsor

Tekken player Speedkicks has been nabbed up by Hazarous Gaming. For those who are unfamiliar with Speed Kicks, he is a Hwoarang player who was originally sponsored by Circa eSports and InControl Gaming. His accomplishments for 2016 include winning KIT, Final Round, Wizard World, 2016 Evo finalist, 2016 King of The Iron Fist Finalist.

Judging from his resume in just 2016 alone, it seems like 2017 is going to be a strong year for Speedkicks. He is definitely not someone to sleep on this year in Tekken 7.

Ultimate Street Fighter 4 Revival

So the latest thing on Eventhubs, PVP, and Shoryuken is the USFIV revival. This whole thing started because of the results from a survey by LapChi, the Canada Cup organizer.

The Ultimate Street Fighter 4 revival gained traction in early February. brenttiscool streamed the return of USFIV to WNF on his twitch. From there it’s kinda got it’s own little following.

Personally, I’m interested to see how big this revival gets. With the growing disappointments SFV seems to be racking for players, it will be interesting to see if the Street Fighter community becomes divided into USFIV and SFV. It kinda reminds me of Smash 4 and Melee. While both are Smash, the communities are totally different.

Meh, that’s all for now. I guess I could include Kolin in this, but I’m gonna save everyone the disappointment and just wait until April to hear everyone calling her trash and demanding her buffs.

Jokes aside, enjoy the rest of your day.
